Dr. Collins Harrell was born in Provo, Utah and moved with his family to San Diego, CA when he was twelve years old.  He graduated from Point Loma High School and attended UCSD before serving as a missionary for two years in Argentina.  He then completed his preparation for dental school at the University of Utah.  Dr. Harrell graduated from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry with Honors in June of 2000 and continues his education with an emphasis on cosmetics, full mouth reconstruction, and orthodontics. 

His wife, Ann-Marie, and their four boys are thrilled to live in San Clemente.  Dr. Harrell is an avid surfer and loves surfing Trestles early before going to the office.  He is excited that his boys are water lovers and are all learning to surf and love the ocean.  As a family they are active in their church, community, sports and school activities.
